WHY GOTHIC ARCH?
The gothic arch profile provides a steeper pitch than traditional hoop houses, allowing snow and rain to shed naturally rather than accumulate. This means less structural stress and a longer lifespan for your investment.
Each tunnel is engineered for maximum usable interior height, giving you plenty of headroom for tall crops, hanging baskets, and comfortable working conditions. Width and length can be customized to meet your needs.

Galvanized Steel Bows
Heavy-duty gothic arch bows welded from high-strength galvanized steel tubing for maximum durability and rust resistance.
Base Rails & Baseboard
Full-length base rails and baseboards anchor the structure securely to the ground and provide a level foundation.
Crossties & Purlins
Horizontal crossties and purlins connect each bow, adding rigidity and providing attachment points for your poly cover.
6 Mil Greenhouse Poly Film
Four-year UV-stabilized 6 mil greenhouse poly film that transmits optimal light (92% transmission) while protecting crops from the elements.
Wiggle Wire & Channel
Aluminum wiggle wire and channel systems securely lock the poly film to the frame without damage or tearing.
End Wall Door Frame
Pre-welded steel door frame fits one end of the tunnel, ready to accept a standard walk-through door.
Roll-Up Side System
Drop-down / roll-up sidewall hardware for easy ventilation management throughout all seasons.
All Assembly Hardware
Every nut, bolt, and bracket needed for full assembly included — nothing extra to buy. Wood not included.

Metal End-Walls
Full galvanized steel end-wall panels that replace poly end covers for a permanent, low-maintenance finish and added structural rigidity.
Hip & Base Boards
Pressure-treated or composite boards secured along the base and hip rail to seal the sidewall and keep critters and drafts out.
Doors
Single and double walk-through doors available in galvanized steel frames with poly or polycarbonate panels — sized for easy equipment access.
Gutters
Aluminum gutters mount to the eave rail to channel rainwater away from the structure, protecting foundations and reducing mud.
Vents
Ridge vents and sidewall vent kits allow passive hot air to escape, keeping interior temperatures down without electricity.
Fans
Circulation and exhaust fans sized for your tunnel footprint to maintain airflow, reduce humidity, and prevent disease pressure.
